a busy year
at your Simi
Valley Hospital
Foundation.
We started
with a retreat
in January for
our foundation
board. We set new goals, renewed
others and enjoyed a presentation
about the city of Moorpark from its
mayor, Janice Parvin.
Your board is working diligently
to raise the $3 million needed to
complete the hospital’s expanded
and renovated Emergency
Department. Read more about
this exciting project on page 2. The
foundation has many opportunities
for you to participate in this
campaign, and we welcome and
appreciate your giving of your time,
talent and treasures.
We’re also excited about two
upcoming foundation events. Our
annual Hats Off to Women event is
just a few weeks away, on April 12.
We also hope you’ll mark your
calendar for the 18th annual Golf
Classic on October 24.
